20 / New Habits
Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written: “‘He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’” —Matthew 4:5-6

Warm-Up:
Pray:
“Lord, the world is upside-down and I’m not sure what to expect. Meet me as I step through each day and inspire my heart to establish the new habits I need to create. Increase my trust in You and help me to NOT lean on my own understanding as You make my paths straight.”
Round 1:
Get your journal out and write down what time you plan to complete your Soul Workout each day. If this is already locked in, write it down anyway to recommit this time to God.
Round 2:
Now write down the place where you plan to complete your Soul Workout each day. If this is already locked in, write it down anyway to recommit this place to God.
Round 3:
Write out Proverbs 3:5-6 in your journal.
Burn Out:
Take a few minutes to settle some things with God. Pray:
“God, I’m locking down my desire to grow my faith and create new habits. I’m determining in my heart to complete each Soul Workout at [insert time from Round 1] in [insert place from Round 2]. I’m setting this as my meeting with you each day.”
