Morning meditation
Read Psalm 107:1-3
Rather than complain, we are instructed to give thanks to the Lord!
Write down one thing you can be thankful for today, even if things are hard for you right now.

Morning Prayer
This week we are asking GOD for Next generation leaders each morning:
Lord, raise up young people that are about Your business first. Empower them to cut their way forward by Your Spirit and grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. As they do, increase their hunger to walk in Your ways as they develop a humble, servant's heart. Motivate and inspire older leaders to passionately invest in the younger generation—creating an unstoppable force of generations working together to build Your kingdom. Amen.

Today’s motivation
“Everything counts!” This refers to healthy choices. It doesn't mean everything you do has to be a 100% healthy 100% of the time. On the contrary, it's to give yourself credit for parking a little further to walk in the store. It's for skipping the cheese and mayo on your sandwich. Those things count! Sometimes we beat ourselves up for the one bad choice but we don’t give ourselves credit for the whole rest of the day! Try adding little things throughout your day because “Everything counts!”

Day 23-28 of your goals
Keep going on your goals. We only have a few weeks left! Let’s focus on a different goal each day this week…
☑️ Physical - Your goal is to double your physical activity by Day 40. For instance, if you set a goal to walk for 10 minutes on Day 1, your end goal would be to walk 20 minutes on Day 40. By slowing increasing your activity each day, you can totally do it. For the above goal, your target would be to walk about 16 minutes each day this week.
Evening Prayer
Set an alarm for this evening so you remember to end your day with God.
I give thanks to You, Lord, for You are good; Your love endures forever. Help me tell my story well because I have been redeemed! Amen.
Pray that God would work in the lives of your immediate family members— for every generation! Pray for each by name. Make a list if you haven’t already.
