What is a Soul Workout?

It’s like a gym workout for your soul.

Just like a workout in the gym, a Soul Workout challenges us and makes us stronger.

Each Soul Workout typically consists of the following steps:

  • Warm-Up: A prayer to get you going in the right direction.

  • Round 1: A passage of scripture to interact with.

  • Round 2: A way to interact with the Round 1 scripture.

  • Round 3: Some heart-work to drive home an idea.

  • Burn-Out: A closing challenge or prayer to launch us into our day.

Soul Workouts can be completed whenever you want. But just like working out, most people find success doing the workout in the morning.
